The People's Republic of China (PRC) is a socialist state located in East Asia, and one of the few countries in the world today governed by a communist party. Centered around Northeast China and Shandong, its national territory encompasses regions such as Liaoning, Shandong, Shanxi, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Xiamen, and Tianjin, sharing land borders with multiple countries. Its capital is Jinan, with a population of 35. The city with the highest resident population in the PRC is the Shanghai Special Administrative Region, with a population of 103. Politically, it adopts a unitary socialist republic system according to its constitution. The Chinese Communist Party is the official ruling party of the PRC, practicing Feibai-Maoism. This ideology reintroduces a revolutionary-like "permanent mobilization" state. The term "Feibai-Maoism" was proposed by Feibai's friend LAOLING__, while Feibai himself considers himself a Marxist-Leninist and has never used this term.
After the Nostra server opened on April 17, the current PRC capital Jinan was established on the opening day. After cooperating with Dahan to help establish its nation, cooperation between the two sides was temporarily suspended due to differences in stance. On April 28, 2026, the People's Republic of China (PRC) was established in Jinan. On June 2, it assisted in the establishment and founding of the Republic of China Tainan National Government. On June 3, it formed the United Front of Chinese Nations (UFCN) with the Republic of China Tainan Government (ROC). On June 6, the Republican China and on June 8, the Ming Republic joined the UFCN. On June 8, after the Empire of Japan declared war on the People's Republic of China, other member states of the United Front of Chinese Nations also declared war on the Empire of Japan, thus triggering the First chinanese-Japanese War (War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression).

== Introduction == | |||
The People's Republic of China is a centralized, unitary socialist republican state led by workers, peasants, and the military.
The People's Republic of China is a member state of the United Front of Chinese Nations (UFCN).
The People's Republic of China is one of the few countries in the world that promotes communism, maintaining solidarity with the Soviet Union and other socialist camp countries in diplomacy.
== Flag & Emblem == | |||
=== National Flag === | |||
The national flag of the People's Republic of China, namely the Five-Star Red Flag, is one of the national symbols of the PRC. It is a red flag embedded with five yellow five-pointed stars in the upper-left corner. Four smaller stars form a semi-circle on the right side of a larger star. The large five-pointed star symbolizes the Chinese Communist Party, while the four smaller five-pointed stars surrounding it symbolize the great unity of all ethnic groups.
=== National Emblem ===
The national emblem of the People's Republic of China is the symbol and sign of the PRC. In the center of the emblem is Tiananmen illuminated by five stars, surrounded by ears of grain and gears. The design symbolizes the new-democratic revolutionary struggle of the Chinese people since the May Fourth Movement and the birth of a new China under the leadership of the working class and based on the worker-peasant alliance.
== History == | |||
=== Provisional Military Government Period (2026/4/18 - 4/28) ===
On April 18, Feibai and TimeSpace established Jinan, founded the provisional military government, and began brainstorming future names for the country, finally settling on PRC.
=== "Hundred Flowers" Period Post-Founding (2026/4/28 - 2026/6/8) ===
On May 2, Dahan towns such as Shanghai and Huzhou seceded and joined the PRC.
On June 3, formed the United Front of Chinese Nations (UFCN) with the Republic of China Tainan Government (ROC).
On June 6, Republican China and on June 8, the Ming Republic joined the UFCN.
On June 8, after the Empire of Japan declared war on the People's Republic of China, all member states of the United Front officially declared war on Japan and puppet Taiwan, triggering the First Sino-Japanese War (War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression), bringing the "Hundred Flowers" period to an abrupt end.
=== First chinese-Japanese War (2026/6/8 - NOW) ===
The Xiamen faction, named after the Heavenly Kingdom (Heavenly_Kingdom) and participating in the war under the name of the ROC for one day, announced on June 7 that because the Han Kingdom PVPER from Shanghai (which had temporarily joined the PRC) launched a surprise attack on Xiamen faction PVPER anmam, it published a letter to the compatriots of the United Front, withdrew from the United Front of Chinese Nations, declared independence, and vowed to continue resisting Japan. However, a few days later, it announced its surrender to the Japanese Empire, joined Japan, and issued an official declaration of joining Japan. Xiamen leader Kuriyamachan ceded his position to anmam, claiming that Xiamen joined Japan due to reasons such as "having no other choice" and "my subordinates do not listen to me."
July 15: Signed a non-aggression pact with the Republic of the Philippines.
July 20: Signed an alliance treaty with the Greater Southern Country.
August 1: The country of Chunghua joined the United Front of Chinese Nations and donated 500 gold to the alliance.
August 2: "Operation Fury" - The Sanin Campaign began. In this campaign, the People's Army completely controlled three cities of Japan: Hiroshima, Fukuyama, and Yoshika. Using this as a base, they launched a northern expedition to Shobara and successfully overclaimed a total of 76 chunks.
Statistics show that this campaign caused Japan to lose a total of 349 chunks and fall three important cities including Hiroshima. Frontline reports indicate that Japanese resistance in the Sanin and Chugoku regions has waned, while the forces of the People's Republic almost completely control the region.
This was the greatest victory achieved by the Chinese side since the start of the Sino-Japanese War on June 8, and the first major result where "an entire city defected" in the confrontation.
August 3: "Broken Wing" Operation. Intelligence showed that on the eve of the war, Japan clearly stated in a high-level anti-China meeting that it would be "divided into three anti-China war zones": the "Northeast War Zone" and "Shandong War Zone" managed by the Japanese mainland to counter the People's Army; and the "South China War Zone" managed by puppet Taiwan to counter the Ming Republic army. Two months later, under the coordination and cooperation of the Northern and Central War Zones of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, we successfully incited the defection of the Japanese Northeast War Zone—causing five northern cities: Tianjin (targeting Beijing), MUR, Daisekkyo, KMR, and Anto (targeting Liaoning) to leave Japan and join the People's Republic, dealing a heavy blow to Japanese aggression in Northeast and North China. Moreover, in the counter-offensive operation organized by the Ming Republic to reclaim the South China invasion war zone, the Ming Republic army successfully recaptured two offensive cities, Rudong (targeting Nantong) and Qin (targeting Xuchang), and induced the defection of Anhui (targeting Nanjing) and Kanko (targeting武汉/Wuhan). Since then, Japanese armed forces in East and South China have also suffered heavy
Following this battle, coupled with the dissolution of towns caused by Japanese incompetence, the number of offensive towns held by Japan in China dropped by half from over 30 at the start of the war, effectively thwarting Japan's arrogant ambitions.
August 11: The PRC signed a non-aggression pact with the Kingdom of Yan.
August 13: The PRC and the Netherlands signed a non-aggression pact. On the same day, the PRC and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea signed the "Harbor Treaty".
August 30: The PRC and Nusantara signed a non-aggression pact.
September 1: Operation Dance of the Dragon. In the early hours of August 31, under the joint coordination of the Central Military Commission and the Japanese War Zone, the North Japan Base of the PLA was ordered to attack the Japanese Sakura shielded city and completed the mission against Itadori, breaking through the northern defense line built by Japan for two to three months and overclaiming 24 chunks from Japan.
On the morning of September 1, the North Japan Base launched another surprise attack on Japanese positions, once again successfully capturing 24 chunks of land in the Itadori and Sendai towns. At the same time, the People's Army successfully entered the northern urban area of Sendai. Through this campaign, the People's Army successfully transitioned from defense to offense in the North Japan region—changing from being surrounded and harmlessly isolated to large-scale infiltration of the region, placing every city in North Japan at risk of being attacked by the People's Army.
September 14: The PRC and Kalaallit (Greenland) signed the "Sino-Kalaallit Amity Treaty" (non-aggression pact).
September 19: The PRC and Lanfang signed the "Singapore Treaty" (non-aggression pact).
September 21: The multi-party lunar joint rescue operation involving the PRC was a complete success. After a serious accident during a lunar mining mission, rescue teams from multiple cities and parties collaborated for over four hours to successfully recover all high-value assets.
September 26: The town of Zhejiang was captured by the Japanese invasion commander, and the neighboring town of Huzhou was immediately attacked by Japan. After capturing the majority of a building, Japan destroyed all occupied areas via TNT blasting, causing an uproar in the Chinese community. To salvage losses, higher-ups mobilized a large number of players suspected of being alt accounts to achieve anti-overclaim effects, which failed due to admin intervention.
September 27: Due to reasons such as "using alt accounts," top leader TimeSpace_ZONE, Shanghai Mayor LAOLING__, and multiple players were banned. Although the PRC claimed the bans lacked conclusive evidence and losses were controlled, players supporting the United Front generally considered this "the darkest day" since the start of the Sino-Japanese War.
October 27: Battle of Ogata. With financial backing from Dr_KuznetsovCN, the PLA successfully launched another raid in the Japanese Northeast base. Kisagawa successfully overclaimed 17 chunks of Ogata and controlled its core urban area.
October 20: Due to a report by a user's parents (not really), almost all domestic third-party launchers including PCL were unable to download all MC versions, mods, and modpacks (except FCL). This not only severely weakened the domestic anti-Japanese living forces, but was also considered the second "darkest day" following the "Huzhou Bombing" and "Alt Account Ban" events (Follow-up: PCL suffered 2.1 billion DDoS attacks, the author was doxxed, and their GitHub account was banned, dealing a "surgical" blow to the domestic MC ecosystem).
October 24: After long appeals, PRC top leader and Shanghai Special Administrative Region Chief Executive LAOLING__ successfully overturned the false accusation of "using alt accounts (violating multi-account rules)." The account was officially unbanned.
October 28 Night: A territorial crisis broke out in Fengtian capital Dalian. The chunks of Dalian_Wan inexplicably disappeared, causing Japan to establish the town Daria and attempt to merge with the Japanese forces of Asia that had landed in Dalian to overclaim Dalian. Finally, through the efforts of many parties, a new shielded city, Hai_ZhiYun, was established under the land of Dalian, rendering Japan's attempt abortive.
October 29 Early Morning: Announced the end of the Dalian state of emergency.

=== Political System ===
The People's Republic of China practices a unitary socialist republic, with its political system established on the principle of combining unified central leadership with local autonomy.
The central government is responsible for national defense, foreign affairs, national finance, legislation, and major territorial affairs, while local administrative regions enjoy a certain degree of local administrative power. The administrative divisions of the PRC include ordinary provinces and special administrative regions enjoying varying degrees of autonomy.
The party system of the PRC is a system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation led by the Chinese Communist Party, meaning it cooperates and consults with democratic parties such as the Chinese People's Action Party under the leadership of the Communist Party to form a United Front.
Major central state organs of the PRC include the President of the PRC, the National People's Representative Organ, the Central People's Government, and the Central Military Commission of the PRC.

=== Administrative Divisions ===
According to the Constitution of the PRC, administrative divisions are divided into provincial-level administrative regions, special administrative regions, and military regions.
Provincial-level administrative regions are the basic units of provincial regional division in the PRC, possessing a long history dating back to the Yuan Dynasty of Chinese history and continuing to the present.
Special administrative regions possess independent local administrative organs, parliaments, and financial systems, though the central government of the PRC retains final jurisdiction over national sovereignty, national defense, and national-level diplomatic affairs.
Liberated areas, also known as military regions, are enemy administrative regions controlled by the Chinese People's Liberation Army, typically with PVPer mayors dispatched by the central authority.
Below are all provincial-level administrative units of the PRC as of October 28, 2026, listed in no particular order:

Introduction
The People's Republic of China is a centralized, unitary socialist republican state led by workers, peasants, and the military.
The People's Republic of China is a member state of the United Front of Chinese Nations (UFCN).
The People's Republic of China is one of the few countries in the world that promotes communism, maintaining solidarity with the Soviet Union and other socialist camp countries in diplomacy.
Flag & Emblem
National Flag
The national flag of the People's Republic of China, namely the Five-Star Red Flag, is one of the national symbols of the PRC. It is a red flag embedded with five yellow five-pointed stars in the upper-left corner. Four smaller stars form a semi-circle on the right side of a larger star. The large five-pointed star symbolizes the Chinese Communist Party, while the four smaller five-pointed stars surrounding it symbolize the great unity of all ethnic groups.
National Emblem
The national emblem of the People's Republic of China is the symbol and sign of the PRC. In the center of the emblem is Tiananmen illuminated by five stars, surrounded by ears of grain and gears. The design symbolizes the new-democratic revolutionary struggle of the Chinese people since the May Fourth Movement and the birth of a new China under the leadership of the working class and based on the worker-peasant alliance.
History
Provisional Military Government Period (2026/4/18 - 4/28)
On April 18, Feibai and TimeSpace established Jinan, founded the provisional military government, and began brainstorming future names for the country, finally settling on PRC.
"Hundred Flowers" Period Post-Founding (2026/4/28 - 2026/6/8)
First chinese-Japanese War (2026/6/8 - NOW)
The Xiamen faction, named after the Heavenly Kingdom (Heavenly_Kingdom) and participating in the war under the name of the ROC for one day, announced on June 7 that because the Han Kingdom PVPER from Shanghai (which had temporarily joined the PRC) launched a surprise attack on Xiamen faction PVPER anmam, it published a letter to the compatriots of the United Front, withdrew from the United Front of Chinese Nations, declared independence, and vowed to continue resisting Japan.

Administrative Divisions
