The Cult of Cthulhu is a religion where cultists worship the great old one Cthulhu who is dead, dreaming in R'lyeh.
Origins
Idk some lunatic in Nivkh (Sakhalin) thought it would be a good idea to bring a alien god which would destroy humanity if it awakened back to life.
Goals
The cult of Cthulhu wants the great old one Cthulhu to come back to live and cause chaos and lag on the world.
The town of Ryleh (Nation: Point_Nemo) off the western coast of south america would instantly gain a town of chunks and be the origin point of this chaos.
