The town of Hirosaki led by Dithery was also unsatisfied with Japan but not because of inactivity but because he didnt want to do shit politically and he gathered 512g debt free. | |||

Japan was founded by a few towns, Sapporo(Owned by Krby at the time), Chikugo, Mihama (Was Kyoto at the time) Kyoto (Was Osaka) Tokyo, Oboro-Maru(Died of Inactivity), Sendai (Annexed By Niigata).
