After collecting enough resources he began to build a large glass dome at the city limits. The building was completed a few hours after it was started and Spitzhacke10000 made it semi-public. When the town of [[Rigy]] was created next to Mossau on 26 February 2021 the old Communist Warehouse facility, which was located in [[Mossow/The Laboratory|The Laboratory]] situated below ground found it self now being partially in Rigy claims. That first wasn't a problem, since Rigy was part of [[Casey]], however when the town declared independence and [[SSRBV]] was created, Rigy sealed off the underground border between the two towns in The Laboratory.
