Pirateboss16 is the secondary mayor and City Councillor of Hainan.
History
Pirateboss16 joined Hainan around January 1. At this time Hainan was part of the former nation of Vietnam (not to be confused with the current nation of Vietnam, which has a different capital, different leadership and different king). Later on, when Vietnam’s leadership fell, Pirateboss16 and GavrilovTheIII decided that Hainan will become part of Thailand. Pirateboss16 brought huge change and reformations to Hainan, he is often cited as “the moderniser of Hainan”.
