Pres, aka Pschmitz, _Schmitz_ , is the currently a senator and mayor of Dyrrhachium in the GRE.

Formerly a resident of Constantinople and Mayor of Romula.

Participated in The Great Balkan War (was in all battles/sieges) and the Byzantium-Albania War.

Was present at the signing of the Integration of Turkey.
