Papal State
The Papal State was a nation consisting of the town of Vatican, located on the hilly of the Italian peninsula. The nation was a theocracy ruled by Pope Sarmango The I, dubbed Pope Dope by many and seen as both. The town has a rich history, however is regarded as a failure by Sarmango, who went on to form France and establish a powerful nation.
