Tobruk is a town in North Africa. It was established by Lord Andrew_Cheedle. It has an ice road that connects to Sirte (Numidia) and Europe (Italy). Tobruk is Italy's most crowded town and richest town. Tobruk also has a Horsand Holding Company that sells horses, their items, etc.
