History
PolkadotMonkey Era
This town was founded by PolkadotMonkey after leaving Amhearst Canada to live in France. He found ruins of Boreaux and settled there. He quickly remade the town, tearing down the ruins and rebuilding. He joined Spain and then bouced between a few nations until he finally saw Sarmango online and joined France. He got borded because Sarmango was inactive, so he gave the town to his friend (who was a German), and moved to Jing where PolkadotMonkey founded Yishu\Hefei\Nanjing.
Intermitent and BatmanKristia Era
Paperpikmin then gave the town BuffaloNamedLava who was inactive and whoes only job was to hold the town until a better owner was found. The town passed then to BatmanKristina and she revitalized Royan expanding and opening hotels and building walls around Royan. Then after a while she combined the town with New_Ulm and New_Ulm claimed Royan as an outpost. On June 22nd, 2018, Mustachegames bought 6 plots of Royan to add to Dunkerque.
