Spain left after coming to a deal with Japan where they abandoned almost all of the Philippines except for the town of Mindanaoto and the Caspian States also left the war on the same day as Spain, hoping its disagreements could be resolved though diplomatic measures. Peace arrangements for [[Thailand]] also happened.
