Upon Adrian Volkov I's coming of age, he worked as a sugar cane farmer in the area between City 17 and Tsetserleg, the capital of the Mongol Empire.

He eventually became mayor of [[Albany]], [[New York]], where he worked until his retirement caused by a massive stroke. Adrian Volkov II was born sometime during Volkov I's mayorship.
