He found a nether portal, where he entered it, then left it, getting a challenge award. While running, he tried to find a communist land (such as the U.S.S.R.) He went mining for resources and got advancements while doing so. After a while, he was invited by Ionao to join a communist land in Antarctica named Bingha.
