History
Founding of the city
The city was founded by two brothers (SilentJark and Karmium) on October 7th, 2022. The initial name of the city should have been Khmelnytskyi (Ukrainian: Хмельницький), a variant of Ploskyriv (Ukrainian: Плоскирів) (from across the plains) was also proposed by one nomad from the Mongolian steppes, but over time the brothers decided to give it the name Proskuriv. It is not known why such a name was chosen. Development of the city
On October 10th, 2022, a new city development plan was proposed by SmartyZet. This plan included the following points:
