Elections were held to elect the 3rd Legislature of Cascadia. 12 seats were returned from three multi-member constituencies: Frontier, South Metropolitan (succeeding Rainier), and North Metropolitan (succeeding Salish).

Frontier (4 seats)

Jtwokay, who was serving as Treasurer of Cascadia at the time, topped the poll. Former Representative Cheeseballfluffy was elected back into the House. Incumbent CatPerson136 was re-elected. Bachinuni was elected for the first time. PavTheYT lost re-election.
