The AWO was founded after the EU split up, the AWO being the direct successor to the EU. It was founded on runnerboy's long time idea of creating a totalitarian nation first attempted with the Russian Empire. The AWO is the successor to the Abkhazian Federation, Russian Empire and the EU.

The AWO converted into the Abkhazian and Muscovy Oblasts when Lucled convinced Runnerboy to join in the Russian reunification.
