Operations
The Goal of the East African Railways (EAR) is to provide transport to all of the people of East Africa.
Mombasa-Nile Line
Under construction, planned to run from Tanzania to the Nile north of Lake Victoria.
TANZAM Line
In planning, probably will run from Tanzania to Zambia
History
Founded on 29th of December 2017 with the grand opening of the Mombasa Terminus in Tanzania.
Equipment
Permanent Way
The lines are built double tracked with left side running and no passing tracks.
Rolling Stock
All of the rolling stock is Electrical-Multiple Units, eliminating the need for locomotives
Class 01
Mainstay of the fleet, single-compacity coach for passenger transport, better known in minecraft as a minecart.
Class 10
Cargo wagon, comprised of chest on minecart, used for the transport of various articles of goods.
Class 20
Steam locomotive, emergency use only, fast but unneeded with the lines being all electrified.
