Early Chernihiv (18/Jun/22 - 09/Sep/22)
Chernihiv was first founded as 'Cherniv' as a typo by founder doytnr and co-founder supersonic802 after fleeing from the Oder River and settling on the Desna River. User LazuliMC (then KeroRibbit), back then a resident of Kyiv, lent 31g to found the town then an additional 16g to fix the typo and rename the town to Chernihiv.
The town was encased in a hastily built stone wall to protect it from intruders which were common with the town's proximity to Ukraine's capital. The town expanded on a rate of 2-3 chunks per day. Early projects included "The Clocktower", "Chernihiv Fortress" and several bridges over the River Desna. Chernihiv's ice-rail connection to the rest of the Ukrainian ice network was also built during this time.
