Chernihiv was first founded as 'Cherniv' as a typo by founder [[User:Doytnr|doytnr]] and co-founder supersonic802 after fleeing from the Oder River and settling on the Desna River. User LazuliMC (then KeroRibbit), back then a resident of Kyiv, lent 31g to found the town then an additional 16g to fix the typo and rename the town to Chernihiv.  
The first Chernihiv, founded by [[File:Doytschreal2.png|15px]][[DoytschReal|doytschReal]] (known back then as DeutschNotReal) was funded initially by deutsch's and supersonic802's sum of 33g but then KeroRibbit (now LazuliMC) funded 31g into the town for its founding.
 
Originally due to a typo, the town was called Cherniv, but that was soon fixed after KeroRibbit payed an additional 32g to rename the town to its proper name, Chernihiv.
 
The town was incased in a thin and hastely-built stone wall in an attempt to prevent intruders, which she would see many due to her intense proximity to the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv. The town slowly expanded, about 2-3 chunks per day on average were introduced into Chernihiv. Many large building projects such as "The Clocktower", "Chernihiv Fortress", and several bridge over the Diesna River were constructed over this period, Chernihiv's rail connection to the rest of the Urkainian nation and to her own town-only iceroad network was completed by July, and at that rate, Chernihiv's prospertiy was inevitable, with the leader DeutschNotReal even attempting to make a nation called Polesia, which never sufficed for several issues.

Due to DeutschReal being perma-banned on the 9th of september 2022, and with supersonic802 (the co-mayor) becoming inactive by this point, the leadership of Chernihiv was uncertain, with urmumisw_ attempting to hold it under Deutsch's command but eventually, a new leader of Chernihiv, MESHIKAIRI, would gain control in march of 2023.
The town was encased in a hastily built stone wall to protect it from intruders which were common with the town's proximity to Ukraine's capital. The town expanded on a rate of 2-3 chunks per day. Early projects included "The Clocktower", "Chernihiv Fortress" and several bridges over the River Desna. Chernihiv's ice-rail connection to the rest of the Ukrainian ice network was also built during this time.

At her peak, Chernihiv had almost 40 residents and 105 chunks, under MESHIKAIRI's rule, the town would slowly have her chunks unclaimed to fill MESHIKAIRI's pockets. Although minor architecture projects were performed in this era, the town was at her lowerest here. Even with Deutsch (now dojtsch) getting unbanned of march 2023, he would not rejoin EMC months later once Chernihiv's demise was inevitable.

On 12 November 2023, a day after Deutsch (now doytschReal) made the town of Kaniw south of Chernihiv, The town was gone. MESHIKARI realising that it would be easier for him to just sell all the chunks that deutsch and other Chernihiv residents invested into in the days of Early Chernihiv was pocketed by him, whom didn't spare a single ingot of compensation to Deutsch. This is where the Chernihiv founded by Doytsch ends, and where the ruins of the once prospherous town layed stagnant, unclaimed for the next few weeks.
