SquishyTheFrog is a player on EarthMC. He currently serves as the mayor of Melbourne in Pilbara, however is the founder of other settlements, such as New Squishivia, New Onslow (now known as Jason City), and Squishivia.

History

Sioux City

SquishyTheFrog first began playing EarthMC on October 29, 2022, spawning in a Russian wilderness to his knowledge. After this, he forgets about the server and gets 42 day'd. A while later, he joins back in March of 2023, restarting. Being from the United States of America in real life, he wanted to join a settlement close to home. After asking around in global chat, he joined the town of Sioux City, Iowa, which now are the old town ruins north of Omaha, Nebraska and close to Iowa's capital. Here, he was greeted by the town's mayor, 6builders6tools, who he remembers to have been very friendly, showing him around a map art shop / head shop and offering a plot for sale to him. SquishyTheFrog, at this point, had enough gold to buy it, however he decided not to and to remain as a homeless resident in the town. A while after, he forgets about the server, and eventually gets 42 day'd.

Zealandia

Around mid July 2024, Squishy was bored searching around for Minecraft servers to play on, and stumbled upon EarthMC again. From here, he rejoined, spawning in the town he called home. However, at this point the town had gone into ruin, with most infrastructure having been ruined or heavily damaged. As he was low on food, and was unaware of food stored in his ender chest, he asked in global if someone could give him food. After a little bit of asking, the mayor of Port Jason, Zealandia, Baconmayonaise1 told Squishy he would give him food if he did /t join Port_Jason, to which Squishy did. From here, he was given his promised food, and was offered a plot for 2 gold. SquishyTheFrog had discovered he was worth a grand 32 gold at this point, and so he decided to buy the plot to make a home, which he lived in until making the town of Squishivia in Zealandia.

War in Zealandia

On July 23, 2024, Squishy hopped on his computer to play on EarthMC once again. To his surprise, however, he discovered that Zealandia had declared war on Havaiki, a nation Zealandia had conflict with since declaring independence from them. As his town of Squishivia was close to a Havaikian fort, Fort Junta, he decided to climb up the mountain separating them and see what was happening, to where he was greeted by then Havaiki Supreme Zqben attempting to kill him. Afterwards, he volunteered for the Zealandian Army, doing patrols around the overclaimed Atua occasionally and, on one occasion, stepping in to help fight (and then losing). In early August, 2024, the then king of Zealandia Baconmayonaise1 stepped down from his position and gave the crown to mooseguy65, an important figure in Zealandia. From here, mooseguy65 admitted to supplying information (more specifically results on votes) to Havaikians, which ignited arguments between both Bacon and mooseguy. After back and forth between both Bacon and mooseguy for a couple days, on August 6, 2024, mooseguy65 made the decision to disband Zealandia, having Port Jason join Havaiki again. Due to this, SquishyTheFrog thought it wasn't best to stay on the war-torn continent, with him giving his mayor role to Squishivia resident foehawked and moving to Pilbara.

Pilbara

SquishyTheFrog, needing a new place to call home after moving away from Squishivia, joined Onslow Bay, the capital of Pilbara, to where he was welcomed in with open arms by Pilbaran emperor and mayor of Onslow Bay KobiKraft. He lived in Onslow_Bay for a while until he made a new town on the ruins of Gladstone, Murri named "New_Squishivia". Here, not much would occur, with him expanding with the little gold he had every once in a while until September, when he gave the town to Adelaide resident Pedrc0 and decided to move to Yakutia.

Yakutia

In September, SquishyTheFrog moved to Yakutia, a nation founded by CheesyTomatos (the new alias of Baconmayonaise1 after his initial leaving of the server). Squishy proceeded to join the capital of Yakutia, Jamesford, before making a new town a couple hundred blocks west called Saint_Elizabeth (later changed to New_Onslow by Squishy then Jason_City by Garbag3Bag). SquishyTheFrog would help out with Yakutia, helping to build the capitol building as well as the entirety of the Military Headquarters in Greendale among other things. After a while of living in Yakutia, he had decided that he wanted a fresher start, and wanted to go back to Pilbara, where he had moved to initially after the fall of Zealandia. As such, Squishy made an announcement stating that he would be leaving, packing his items and moving to New_Caledonia, a town owned by fellow Pilbaran as well as his eventual friend Tinkered.

Pilbara, Pt. 2

After joining Pilbara once again, everything seemed fine until out of nowhere, Squishy was barred from access and banned from the Yakutia Discord server. From his leave as well as joke messages said, Cheesy falsely accused Squishy of spying and being a traitor, with an announcement being made. This would start some issues, however Squishy would decide push past them. After living in New Caledonia for a little under a week, Squishy would decide to buy the town of Melbourne in southern Pilbara from Owry, the mayor of Bairnsdale as well as leader of Gippsland, a territory of Pilbara, for 1500 gold. After this purchase, Squishy would continue to develop the town, growing it to over 60 residents in about 3 or 4 months, helping to not just aid Pilbara but also get it back up to its feet after one of the lowest points in the Australian war.

Politics

Squishy is somewhat involved in Politics on EMC, with some of his political experience including:

• Being the Vice President of Yakutia, under the Cheesy Party

• Running for Deputy Prime Minister of Pilbara with Unitivebog10934 as Prime Minister in the December Pilbaran Elections

• Running for the Melbourne Metro Area state in Pilbara during the January Elections

• Running for Prime Minister of Pilbara during the February Elections
