Prelude

Trial Planning

Horrified at the discoveries uncovered during the Siege of New Orthinia, Sepraf decided to arrange for the Orthinian Trials with the help of Tavi. Together they would petition the Crusader States council to arrange for the formation of a war court to prosecute those responsible for crimes against humanity.

First Day

AngelMan1029's Hearing

The first day of the trials revolved around Caspian's fourth and final leader, who elected himself to power and attempted to retake New Orthinia after its conquest by Persia and the Crusader States. He was charged with engineering famines, cultism, and forced conversion. Angel originally refuted some points but for the most part failed to defend himself throughout the hearing and demanded a lawyer, which was denied due to the fact he was in a war court and not a civilian one.

When asked about his involvement with the New Orthinian Intelligence Agency, Angel refused to comment, which caused a plethora of new charges to be brought against him, which included the use of human incinerators to kill civilians.

Due to the extreme lag, the head judge also questioned Angel on whether or not he was responsible for DDOSING the server, which Angel denied, and as a result those charges were dropped against him. After discussion amongst the judges, the court found Angel guilty of all charges, and the additional charges linked to NOIA, he was sentenced to death by anvil.

AngelMan1029's Execution

Angel was transferred from New Orthinia to Kushan, where he was publicly executed by anvil at the Porolissum Waterfront. His final words were "Praise the One" before the anvil crushed his head.
