LakelessLands, formerly known as ItzRtqx, sometimes known as just Itz or by the eponym Development is a mayor in the Canadian nation of Laurentides. He previously served as the President and in-game leader of the State of Nunavik, a nation in northern Quebec, Canada, serving from the nation's formation on July 7th 2025 until August 19th 2025. Formerly Pilbaran until his banishment from the nation on June 16th 2025, and also for a brief period of 4 days from August 19th to August 23rd, he served as Prime Minister of the Pilbaran Empire from February 3rd 2025 until his term expired on April 3rd after he refused to seek a second term in office.

LakelessLands migrated to Canada after his banishment from his previous nation Pilbara. He was gifted a nation by a Pilbaran and he renamed it Nunavik. The State of Nunavik existed under LakelessLands' control from July 7th until August 23rd when it was transferred to a random town. Hudson Bay then joined the Republic of Laurentides, as some of Lakeless' former friends in Pilbara had seceded and fled to Laurentides.

Since his time in Laurentides, LakelessLands has built a new national shop for Laurentides and linked Laurien to Hudson Bay by ice highway. He plans to run for President of Laurentides on September 17th.
