empresscorgo (talk | contribs) Wagner's goal from the start of the war was to destroy Cascadia(it was an offensive war on their part, Texas explicitly stating so), particularly using Overclaim. They failed miserably, incurring minimal losses on Cascadia's part(esp compared to their goals), while most of Wagner died out(Like Chad, who were a dead nation by the end of it), stopped caring, or weren't very involved in the first place.
