Two friends — weirdwolf and Troy_bru73146 — had grown tired of the constant instability and authoritarian rule. Seeking independence, stability, and a fresh start, they broke away and established their own sovereign nation. They chose Cape Cod as the capital, marking the birth of a new state:
Troy_bru73146 became mayor of a large town apart of the Dutch East Indies called Cape Cod. Troy and 3 others, Lagg3ing, Hill24671 and Summit_Play_A decided that they no longer wanted to live under the rule of the Dutch and decided they would make a new nation called Sulawesi
