The nation of Turkiye was created April 29 2026 by [[FatihAr]] in the town of Kocaeli, which was renamed to Istanbul on May 6th. The nation quickly grew in size due to the support of the local Turkish community and held around 30 towns after just one week.

Turkiye's first cabinet concluded May 2 2026 with FatihAr as the President and [[xTheZemZem0]] as the Prime Minister. The first cabinet was eventually replaced by the second cabinet May 18 as a result of disagreements inside the parliament.

In June, only a treaty was concluded with the [[Soviet Union]], and the enclaved nation of Turkey was accepted into Turkiye as a vassal, which was later undone. Following hostilities with Sicily, a warning was issued urging them to curb their influence in Anatolia, as this violated the claims of Turkiye.
