'''Quebec''' (officially the '''Empire of Quebec''' or the '''Quebecois Empire''') is a multinational entity largely located in North America. A full member of the meganation of [[Nostra:Canada|Canada]], the Empire also contains four constituent member nations, also called "territories", which possess full self-government capabilities, containing about one third of the Empire's total population. Territories elect full voting members of the legislature, and territories contained within continental North America may also choose to send their own representatives to the Canadian parliament.
