ro_1022210 is the mayor of Owls, America in Terra Nostra, serving as a representative of the Commonwealth of America’s 1st-4th Congress, and Governor of Minnesota, America. ro_1022210 is a relatively new player to EarthMC, joining December 10th, 2025. In his time in Owls, America he has grown and overseen the town from its very beginnings, serving as Owls’ 3rd, 4th, and 5th mayor, winning 100% every time in the Owls Town Election. At 12:03 PM EDT, August 30th, ro_1022210 founded the Minnesota Space Agency, one of if not the first in the Commonwealth, under the guides of public space travel and exploration of the New Lunar surface from all over North America; Based in Owls, Minnesota.

History on Nostra, Owls: After hearing about the reset by his friend, founder and former mayor of Owls, ro_1022210 joined Terra Nostra on May 2nd, and Owls the same day. During his time as a citizen of Owls, he and Coltynlee1 grew the town beyond Owldude's wishes. Which resulted in his resignation. Ro_1022210 was offered the ownership of the town but refused it, stating "I'm not ready yet." Coltynlee1 was offered the same role and accepted, giving this statement, "Hello, Residents of Owls (formerly known as Owls_Gulch) , today I am pleased to make this huge announcement that I have been promoted to the cities NEW MAYOR. With this amazing opportunity I will be working on helping this city become MAJOR CITY and continue our progress. Thank you OwlDude, @ジョヴァンニ, for giving me this opportunity and thank you for all the tremendous work you've done. -Sincerely, Mayor Coltynlee1." Ro_1022210 and Coltynlee1 grew the town exponentially (About 2 times of it's original size) and began to create what is known as the Eastern Old Town, with the first streets being Dakota Avenue, and Owls Avenue (Formerly Main-Strip Street). After 26 days of Coltyn's Administration, Ro had pushed for an election, under the guides of Owl's 28 day administration, but during the creation of the election, as voted on by the people of Owls, Coltyn resigned 26 days into his term, and the title of Mayor was handed to Ro as he carried out elections. In the June 6th Election, Ro won 100% (5 out of 5 votes) against Beegono, one of the oldest members of Owls. During his terms, although he had 3 terms, he hasn't received any actual opponents other than Beegono, Owls' latest election not being held as nobody ran against him.

History as a Representative: Ro_1022210 ran as a Representative in the Commonwealth of America's (America) House of Representatives, Placing 6th Place in the Western District. On May 9th, he was sworn in. For the 2nd Congress, he placed 3rd (last) in the 2nd House. In the 3rd Congress, He placed 2nd. And for the most recent, the 4th House, he placed 2nd, and is the Longest serving Representative in the House of Representative's Western Congressional district. With his most 2 most recent terms involving him pushing for and passing 2 bills, the "Minnesota Regional Charter", and the "Kicking the town of Minnesota for hunting fellow Americans". Ro_1022210 is a "rising star" in American Politics and has a long ways ahead of him.

History as Governor: He is the first governor of Minnesota and currently the only in America, in this term he has kicked the town of Minnesota out from the Commonwealth, helped protect and fund towns in Minnesota, and has expanded the influence of Minnesota with Infrastructure including the Dakota Highway connecting Owls, Orfusville, and Sioux Center, (Thanks to DDDOOD297 for helping build the Southern Dakota Highway) and well as the soon coming Minnesota Highway, connecting all the towns in the Owls Metropolitan Area (Greater Owls) to Minneapolis, Straumheim, Greenwood and Burnsville.
