Taha AbuObaida is known for formerly serving as the Mayor of Al-Andalus, one of the largest towns in the Iberian Peninsula. Al-Andalus was predominantly part of the Mauretania nation during Taha's tenure.
Under his administration, Al-Andalus consisted of approximately 365 claimed chunks and had a population of around 150 residents.
Controversy
While he was still the mayor of Al-Andalus, he decided to kill his resident, FualtedWings941, for 207 gold in 23 gold blocks, but in total he stole 250 - 400 gold supplied from the Mauretanian national government.
Consequences
According to ThePowder, he persisted in his denial of giving any gold back, and was promptly sanctioned by Mauretania. Taha later sold Al-Andalus to the Kingdom of Spain for 4,100 gold, marking the end of his administration and Al-Andalus's period under his ownership.
