The planning of next [[Transnational Ice Highway|TNIH]] town for [[Terra Nostra]] has begun since October 2025, with nokteholda, leader of [[Aurora:Bactria|Bactria]] initiated the town along with a nation in Far East Russia area (it used to named as Far East/FER and planned for a capital of FER before [[Aurora:Sakha|Sakha Leader Trio]] took the planning. The name was derivated from Japanese word of North (北, ''Kita''), which it could to possibly taken by Japanese as it high demand, coincidentally the name also be same as [[:en:Mount_Kita|Mount Kita]], 2nd tallest mountain in Japan and [https://bocchi-the-rock.fandom.com/wiki/Ikuyo_Kita Ikuyo Kita's] surname, a fictional vocalist character from ''[[:en:Bocchi_the_Rock!|Bocchi the Rock!]]''. nokteholda thought that the reason of naming his new planning town "Kita" is because his planned town were right on the north of Japan and Karafuto and have proximity to Japanese influence, a country that he is interested in.

Because the purpose of creating the nation was used to be able for other towns/nations teleportation and not for making community, Kita sought other nations whose has planned at the same area as Kita. First, it seeking to join as part of [[Aurora:Xeta|Xeta's]] planning nation due to they used to plans their nation at Far East Russia for their first thought of their nation location. However, _Melix_ suggested to Xeta's planning team for settle in India and establish a nation there, which they agreed and decided to create [[Nostra:Narmada|Narmada]] instead. Even so, the nokteholda did not follow them and remained to planned his town in Far East Russia. Then, he was willing to join the Ainu planning, which they would make their nation in [[Nostra:Hokkaido|Hokkaido]], due to he have a close relationship with yukiyura and f10r4s. Finally, when Sakha Leader Trio from [[Aurora:Sakha|Sakha]] expressed they would be making a megashop in Far East Area, merging both Sakha's and nokteholda's planning into unified planning, while the capital has been created at Far East town. To secure the early access of Terra Nostra, nokteholda also bought 3 months of EarthMC Premium after some talk at Primorye capital with Ponpon77.

When early access started on April 17th, 2026, nokteholda immediately to make his town due his PVP protection will be ends 24 hours later, making his town first before his PVP protection ends. He spawned at Djibouti area when it started and boating eastward until he arrived at India western coast. He briefly joined Sita before he logged out for his sleeping break. After woke up, he immediately to join Far East town after it has been created 4 hours after early access started, and trusted him inside the town. Because of that, he stole 64 gold ingots from their shared storage blocks which is he exactly needed to make his town quickly. After he travelled about 5000 blocks via Nether dimension, he finally reached his destination and Kita was officially been created at 02:43 UTC, with the first building in Kita was small cobblestone house with copper blocks housing.
