The town of Voliograd is a starting town in Siberia. The people of Voliograd are known to be Communist and have shown hatred towards Capitalism. One day it will expand to become a nation with great ambitions.
The people of CCCP are communist / Socialist (left leaning). Since its founding the CCCP has achieved many things. The towns under the CCCP include: Voliograd (capital) and Chebogrosk. CCCP may also be reffered as the PRS (People's Republics of Siberia), a Union which was funded when Voliograd was made, made official when Sibir joined.

On May 18 2020 Commander_Skeppy started supplying a rising Canadian Political Party named the Union of Socialist Canadian Provinces (USCP) as a Sub-autonomous region monitored by Voliograd. On May 31 2020, Voliograd cut most ties to the UCSP, even stopping to supply them.

On April 13 2020, Stalin_Union and Commander_Skeppy made Voliograd.  
On July 3 2020, Voliograd started a Mass Expansion campaign to create the future nation CCCP. Around this time progress slowed down, and both Lenin_Union and Commander_Skeppy became less active. Back on May, Phi___ had made a town called Grozny, and after some days, he gave it to Commander_Skeppy. Then it was Renamed to Chebogrosk, and as of September 9 2020, it is the biggest town on the CCCP.

Creating the CCCP was not an easy task. Most of the times gold was spent on other things such as gear or materials. Thanks to Amphire, Fruitloopins, Leny1135, 4_oX, and more friends who were willing to help with the funding, On August 31, both the towns of Voliograd and Chebogrosk had the gold necessary to create the nation. 2 hours later, on September 1st 2020, Lenin_Union created the nation, placing Commander_Skeppy as chancellor ingame. The day after, CCCP and Kamtchatka signed a mutual defense agreement. On September 5th 2020, a party was held in Verkhoyansk to celebrate the founding. The party was supposed to be a private event, but thanks to Amphire, notable people such as BlueSupreme and 32Red showed up. On September 6th 2020, CCCP and Magadan signed an agreement.

The Town of Voliograd runs in a Parliamentary Communism. The main Political party of Voliograd is the Siberian Communist Party (SCP). The SCP is split into 2 sections: The Parliament (SCP-P) and the Council (SCP-C).

The main Political party of the CCCP is the Siberian Communist Party (SCP). The Leader of the SCP is Commander_Skeppy. The SCP is split into 3 sections: The Parliament (SCP-P), the Council (SCP-C), and the People's Delegation Congress (SCP-PDC). The SCP-C Is the highest Authority in the CCCP. The Members of the Council are the highest-ranking officials. The SCP-P is the most popular section of the SCP. Anyone can get in the SCP-P by gaining the Leader's trust. Every citizen of the CCCP is a part of the SCP-PDC, where they can suggest laws, even vote on certain topics.
