Foundation
The town was founded on December 12, 2020 by mommymisato. This came after a day of her and the other three founding members eatorangez, aaabe, and chubbschase (known as The Founding Four) exploring the server. mommymisato settled in Papua New Guinea, building a community house, and the other three followed from Asia.
Early Days
In the days after it's foundation Pog New Guinea added several new buildings including a music tower, mineshaft, and homes for The Founding Four. Much of the early days were spent gathering gold and other resources, and getting to know the land.
Second Wave
From late December to mid January a second wave of members joined the town, including FSCraft, NeverNotDreaming, Garspinkle, Effelius, and yasminfairy.
