Moskau is a small Village, that has been growing the past Month. The Town started off with Nikolai_I establishing the Town Hall, that exists as the Towns Vault now. Both decided that the town would be built with style and a way that people could look at and be amazed. However some people do not agree with Moskau's policies, and have even taken it to the point where small 'raids' have taken Place.
