The '''Second Sino-Japanese War''' is a conflict fought between the 4th Japanese Empire and the Chinese Union over disputed territory in both the Korean peninsula and the Manchurian border. The war has featured towns and vassal states being planted by both sides in each other's territory, and several large battles near Sendai and Central China. As of February 1st, 2022, the war is still ongoing.

The Second Sino-Japanese War had large scale battles fought almost immediately, with dozens of players showing up on behalf of both sides. PingXingGuan was the site of the first major battles in the war, with Japanese members allies teleporting to Tokyo and walking north, and Chinese members and allies having set their res spawns at the town. Following these battles, an increased effort was given by both China and Japan to expand their claims in Manchuria and the Korean peninsula,  which included settlement of new towns and expanding previous established ones. On the 21st and 23rd of January, the Japanese had announced false claims of Chinese nations switching to Japan's side, and the unconditional surrender of the Chinese Union to the Japanese. These false claims caused the Chinese Union to gather more allies, including Antarctica and Joseon. This period ended with the further expansion of Dandong and the establishment of the Japanese colony of Xixia in Central China, which switched over the battle theatre  from PingXingGuan.
