The Accordo Crisis (or British Secession) is a diplomatic conflict / schism that occured in the Accordo-based British administration, leading to the split of the British Isles and the decline of the Commonwealth. It began on 18 February 2022 as the British king MineHero43 was banned along with other officials.
Background
After a few Accordo members were banned for doxxing (including MineHero) on February 2022, administration was temporarily given to RoseBrugs, as the position of Prime Minister was made vacant. RoseBrugs then proclaimed herself as permanent Queen-Empress, and changed the government from Accordo to secular.
The administration became unpopular, as Accordo went against the new British government, and when Norfolk (a major town in England) fell in 12 March 2022, it was the last straw for many citizens. After this event there was a battle in the ruins of the city, while European powers such as Spain, Austria and France claimed almost the entirety of its lands.
Secessions
After internal conflicts intensified and instability grew, RoseBrugs proclaimed independence from Britain as Wales. Maple and Seranil later proclaimed independence as the Danish North Sea Empire. Quebec also left the Commonwealth as many towns in Britain either joined Wales or Denmark. Wales later allied France, which settled in Ulster and made an administration in Scotland.
The next day (13 March), Ireland was founded by Lord Riley and both Connaught and Stornoway joined Ireland later on. A few hours later, Denmark, Ireland, Norway, Scotland and Sweden announced the formation of the Second North Sea Empire- which, unlike it's predecessor, is highly de-centralised and is more of an alliance to combat the non-Accordo forces of Wales and the Norfolk invaders.
