From the date of Andrew's account being stolen (September 5, 2019) to April 7, 2020, he didn't have any plans on coming back despite Riri couraging Andrew to come back. But at the 7th of April, Andrew came to Austria, now to help Erwin as a sorry for his sins. He joined Riri and soon became a mayor that would create the town of Trento. He was also a member of [[House of Lords]] before it was disbanded. But after he figured the town's terrain was worse than anything he saw, he became mayor of Ostend, giving Trento to [[0yule]]. He was inactive for some time due to personal reasons but after a while he saw people trying to buy his town because it was inactive and it was in Europe. He was enraged and began constructions and recruitments in the town. He firstly made a silo for U-Boats, and at the same time started recruiting. He also made a company named [[Ostend Mart]], which has a shop in /n spawn vinland's right side, as the 2nd shop in the right side. The town grew both economically and population wise, and has ~~more than 85~~ citizens as of May 16, 2021.
