=== Pre-Yemen ===
Before Yemen existed there was little there. A bridge crossing the Red Sea was built by Cairo and was claimed as their outpost, but when [[Cairo]] disbanded the outpost fell. Later [[Alania]] set up an outpost of [[Alanian Aden-Djibouti]] and built a new bridge. Then [[Oliveer]] moved into Eritrea and set it up as an outpost of [[Naples]] and bought the Alanian outpost, bridge and all, including the Alanian claims on Yemen. [[Oliveer]] then left [[Naples]] to PingSG who slowly unclaimed outposts such as Eritrea to gain more claimable chunks. This ended all activity there and when Mehmed_Fatih_II moved in it was all abandoned

Mehmed_Fatih_II was formerly the Imam of Malaya before he left and made Zabid in Yemen, he was without a nation and refused to join one, planning to make Yemen.
=== Early National ===
Once Mehmed_Fatih_II had enough gold he made Yemen. Within the first few days Yemen became well-known for Mehmed_Fatih_II killed [[MLGTerra]] of [[Seaterrica]] in a fair fight, greatly increasing Yemen prestige and power.
