=== Reign of Ferraru (March 3, 2021 - current moment) ===

Córdoba experienced a massive population growth, almost all the houses were occupied by residents. In a couple of weeks, Córdoba became the biggest town of EarthMC, hitting 100 residents. The town comprises about 1/4 of the population of Spain. Ferraru has been terraforming the areas laying nearby, and he has expanded the town too, claiming over 100 chunks. Because of him, Córdoba is one of the most recognisable towns in chat.

After the second half of May 2021, the city experienced a decline, by June 1st, the population dropped down to 50 people, and by June 11th, it was sitting at 30 people. Córdoba kept stagnating and had just 6 people by the middle of July.

The town of [[Ciudad_Real]] agreed to merge with Córdoba. In late August, because of that reason, Cordoba experienced a brief revival; Ferraru started massively recruiting people. It peaked again at approximately 40 people, then went for another decline. Ferraru tries to maintain the town economy and plans to return to recruiting at some point in time.
