glennjerman is the current mayor of Kigali, King of Rwanda and former Sudanese Minister of Internal Affairs and Expansion. He first joined on the 15th November 2020, soon creating a town that joined Nubia. However, he later planned a failed rebellion, resulting in him joining Sudan and losing hundreds of gold. Later, he would leave Sudan after they failed to protect him and on the request of his citizens, joining Katanga, a Nubian colony. On the 24th of January 2021, he would make Rwanda after gathering enough gold to make a nation again.
