Haida was originally formed by independence from Cascadia in early December 2019, but rejoined Cascadia twice in 2020, once in February, once in May before leaving again in January of 2021 for a brief period. Then Fracturued_Soul proceeded to cause a war between the nations which resulted in Haida rejoining Cascadia on February 2nd, 2021. On December 12th, 2021, after Governor Oilerator was banned from the Cascadia Discord server by the authoritarian admins that run the server, as well as previous instances of issues with the admins and Oilerator, Haida once again declared independence from Cascadia after a vote by Haida MPPs (town mayors).
