The Incan Empire is a group of three nations (Bolivia-Peru, Ecuador and Amazonas) in South America run by Blis_Ike. It probably has the strangest government out of all nations, it is a semi-democratic multi-monarchy government type. Basically, it has two kings and a monthly elected president that acts as a third king of sorts.
