Kapsan is located at the northernmost part of the Korean peninsula. Its neighboring towns are ArtTown, Puryong, and Wonsan. Kapsan's nation is Korea.
History
Myongchong
The area of Kapsan used to belong to Myongchong. Myongchong was a one-man 6 chunk town that fell from inactivity. Not much is known about the past town due to very little documentation. Kapsan is considered the successor town to Myongchong.
Fall of Myongchong
When Myongchong fell, Phi_1_61803 was quick to claim it back, fearing a foreigner would steal the town from Korea. He used the KNT to quickly travel to the fallen town before anyone else could.
Myongchong was connected to the KNT, but the mayor wouldn't build a portal in their town. When the mayor lost his town from inactivity, a portal could now be created in the area. Phi_1_61803 then properly connected the town to the rest of Korea.
There were only two buildings in Myongchong, both still present in Kapsan. Phi_1_61803 designated one building as the town hall, and the other as a public storage.
Phi built the first ice highway in Kapsan. He expanded this highway to go west, stopping at the border of ArtTown. He built two more highways, branching north off the previous highway. This made the area where residents of Kapsan would live. Then he build a third highway, where he would make automatic farms and important buildings on.
