After the emperor of Liao changed to Mu_Zi_Li and the URoC fell into run,the power of Liao was worsened  and many players left their nation.The Capital of Liao changed to Yilan .Also the Mudanjiang-the oldest city of Liao was given to their enemy because of the spy activities.People lose their confidence with Liao.They try to look for peaceful solution to end the war by join their enemy federation as know as CPU but they were kicked after 1 week.After that Liao become a dead nation .<br />在辽的新皇帝Mu_Zi_Li上任以及联盟解散之后,辽更加衰落，越来越多的人口离开了辽。同时新皇帝上任之后把首都迁到了依兰镇，此举亦间接令到全辽最古老的城市，首都牡丹江在5月25日因为间谍落入了敌人之手。由于人们对国家前程欠缺信心，辽一度接近滅亡，同时辽一为了和平曾一度加入他们昔日的敌人组织CPU,却在一星期之后被踢出来。辽從此几乎消声匿迹。
