Mossow is divided into 7 districts. The borders of these districts are usually determined by major height differences within the towns borders. This means that every district is on one Y-level (five block tolerance). However newer districts have more or less the same height as Ostende District. Because of that, areas near the Ostende District became flattened to Y 146, this also includes a big portion of Niedermossow District. A big exception to this are the coastal district of Bärstadt, which lies on Y 65. The largest district by area is the Gutow District. The largest district by population is Niedermossow with 6 inhabitants.
