This is the highly urbanised region around El Obeid and includes the land surrounding lake Nuba, south towards the 'Sudd Swamp', east towards the ruins of An Nahud and North towards Ed Damer. It contains a large portion of the population of Nubia. This area previously included kraftier, one of Nubia's larger cities before they left.

==== ''' Minister of Trade and Commerce''' ====
The Minister of Trade and Commerce is another position that has existed since Yemeni Nubia and through to the Second Nubian Empire. The job of this position is to oversee the improvement of Nubia's economy, and ensure the nation continues to make money.

This position has almost always been an elected position, other then after the Ethiopian reunification with Nubia, as the position was given 57billy (then named billy_26274) as per the agreement made between [[gorkymoo1119]] and [[twomoo1119]].

The Nubian flag is a vertical tricolor. The fly end of the flag is dyed brown to represent the people of the East African coast. The middle band is also dyed white as to represent the White Nile River which flows through the center of the nation. The black band represents the fertility of the Nile River and the land that sits by it.
