Ethiopia (the in real life nation region control, not the 'rebel nation' in-game) encompasses all the land of modern day Ethiopia, excluding the region of Ogaden, Eritrea as well as northern Kenya. It was largely incorporated after the fall of [[Ethiopia (Imperial)|Ethiopia]] and remains somewhat autonomous. It is the most populated region of Nubia and contains Nubia's largest city that's not the capital, [[Mersa]].

===Darfur===

Darfur represents Nubia's western frontier and was largely unpopulate,, and underdeveloped compared to the rest of the Empire. It encompasses a large variety of terrain including the real-life Darfur, Bahr el Ghaza, the eastern half of the Central African Republic, a small amount of land in the northeast of the Democratic republic of Congo as well as eastern Chad. Several attempts have been made to populate the region however most have ultimately failed. After planning in mid-2020, many towns were founded there, helping ensure claims to the west and populate the region. One of Nubia's most active and large towns is now located there, named Suna.
