History
Foundation
Manaus is a Brazilian town located exactly where Manaus from real life is, in the northern region of Brazil. Created during the reign of PinguimArmado, it was founded by Kahina with the intention of establishing a presence in the northern territory of Brazil and to bring to Minecraft many buildings from real life Manaus.
First Month
During its first two weeks, the town served merely as a personal base for Kahina as he'd still live in Rio de Janeiro helping its citizens.
But followed by the events that caused PinguimArmado to leave Brazil and the election of TwisterSelvagem for emperor, the town started to see some activity increase as the first roads were built and a proper storage was built to keep it organized.
On the 14th of June, a big milestone was reached as the town saw its first major structure built in the server: The great Adolpho Lisboa market, which is a semi-accurate replica of an in real life market from Manaus.
Geography
Terrain
As the city is located in the middle of the Amazon Rainforest, the terrain is densely forested but relatively flat, with a big variety of trees, which makes expansion difficult as cutting down the trees can be often frustrating due to how trees are close together, thus limiting the tree feller skill.
Buildings
As of the 16th of May, the only major building is the Adolpho Lisboa market, which serves as a city hub for its residents. But there are plans to include other major landmarks from Manaus.
