Percy is an American town located in North East of Tierra del Fuego in Austral part of South America. It's founder is Newman6611 & it's currently mayor is woomyyy_.
Story
Percy was founded after the selling of Onfast Bay by woomyyy_, it's permissed to Newman gave Kiwi (a town who not long existed) to Woomy. Quickly after he went founded Percy passing through the capital of Patagonia.
