On April 30th, during a cabinet shuffle, ItzRtqx was shuffled off of MoND on to the open position of Minister of Transport. A couple of hours later it came to light that ItzRtqx had misappropriated a small amount of ministry funding. His defense was that the gold was paid back almost immediately and therefore no lasting damage had been done; nevertheless, the action itself was the issue and destroyed all credibility ItzRtqx had post-premiership, and he resigned his position as Minister of Transport later that night, realising that the impending inquiry would likely mean this anyway, and he preferred to leave on his own terms.  

Since then, he has attempted to gain a deputy position in the cabinet, however this has been denied. He is currently taking a break from EMC until late May to reflect, and will return to the political sphere upon the start of the May election campaign. He has stated he will run again for Prime Minister in December when he has more time to commit to the running of the nation. Haggler84 has stated he wishes to resign from national development, and Itz has put himself forward as he considers that he's the only person left that cares about National Development, despite the inquiry recommending he's not appointed till next parliamentary term
