Pre History

Massachusetts, was planned by many EarthMCers who originated either from Laurentides or the Nation of Maine on Aurora. They had grouped up together on the 18th of January and had only 5 Group Chat members, it quickly grew to 20 members prior to Nostra launching with the help of the newly announced Massachusetts Build Server which launched on the 10th of February ET which was hosted on Aternos, although moved to a 24/7 server host on the 13th. This build server became the centre of the community until Nostra released on the 17th of April that year. The group who would soon go on to found Massachusetts, discovered that someone by the name of Irongamer54 planned on creating the Nation too, however the group had known there was a high chance of him not getting the Nation or Boston.

Geography

The Nation of Massachusetts is made up by Vast forests and Rivers which border the St Lawrence to the North, the Atlantic Ocean to the East, the Connecticut River to the West.

Government and Politics

The government of Massachusetts consists of a Organizer who is the Head of State of the Nation, with a cabinet.

Flag of Massachusetts

Although the flag used in the Nation of Massachusetts share little similarity with the Real Life one, it is seen by the general public as aesthetically appealing. The flag was put to a vote after Jacquemon discovered a imgur.com post proposing the U.S State redesigns its flag, here is a link to the post: https://imgur.com/gallery/proposed-massachusetts-flag-redesign-Hct9S89
