The conflict did not have a decisive end or significant change directly in any metric towards either belligerent. The own article's writing states "The end of the Wagner War was never official, and it only 'ended' because Wagner Group eventually fizzled out."- and this is not stated to be caused by Cascadia in any context, Wagner War or otherwise.
