While America's short name is common between several of its nearby neighbors, such as the recently seceded USA based in Delaware and the United States based in Atlanta, its official name does not begin with the prefix "United States", as it does not possess a federal system. Instead, it is officially the ''Commonwealth'' of America due to its roots as a social democratic state. | |||
